Upstaged is a home staging business primarily based and focused on the Perth Hills but certainly willing to work beyond.

Upstaged will work according to the needs of the individual client and their home to support them on their journey to market readiness and by doing so; assisting them and their chosen RE Agent to achieve the best market value for their home.

Julie and Narelle hope to not only assist clients who wish to have their home fully staged; but to help those who might just need a little assistance and guidance in how to present their home in the best light.

  • Project management for those who are busy/time poor, which may include culling/organising skips, tip runs, decluttering and storage, arranging trades in the event they are required etc, cleaning and staging.

  • Part staging (those spaces that require staging for best visual affect for purchasers)

  • Full staging services

About Julie and Narelle


Julie and Narelle have previously staged their own homes, friends’ and family’s homes in readiness for market on numerous occasions as they both are keenly interested in real estate on a personal level and have an eye for detail. Both Julie and Narelle have had much success, with all these homes selling quickly, with multiple otters above market expectat1ons. We are interested and excited to work collaboratively with Real Estate Agents who recognise the clients who need that gentle assistance and encouragement to get them to market readiness from those who have been there often.
